Unither: key dates
1993: Unither is incorporated and takes over a Sanofi manufacturing facility in Amiens (northern France). 17 employees.
1995: The company focuses on sterile, unit-dose vials and develops its strategy for specializing in high-added-value formulations.
1997: The first export sales.
Unither starts to export within Europe and builds the commercial, operational and regulatory resources needed for dealing with international customers.
2002: Acquisition of a factory in Coutances (western France).
Consolidation of the company's lead technology: blow-fill-seal (BFS).
2005: Acquisition of the Créapharm group.
This acquisition provides Unither with new product solutions (notably effervescent tablet technologies) and know-how in the field of pharmaceutical and analytical development.
2006: Launch of the UniStick®.
The launch of this stick pack for liquid and paste formulations marks a major step forward in Unither's ability to offer a comprehensive range of single-use packaging solutions.
2009: Acquisition of a factory in Colomiers (south-western France).
Unither acquires a high-volume industrial facility for the production of UniSticks.
2010: Launch of the Uniflash® system.
Launch of new buccal transmucosal (BTM) drug delivery systems, with similar performance levels to intravenous injection. Unither now has over 800 salaried staff.
Audit de l’existant : Un fichier client va être mis en place grâce à une extraction des données renseignées sur JDE afin de valider une fiche client (voir en annexe 1).
Remarque : le fichier client ne concernera dans un premier temps que les sites BFS ; en effet seuls ces sites ont une tarification avancée, les autres sites ayant un prix de référence.
