UPLC
Thanks to the use of ultra performance liquid chromatography - diode array detector (UPLC-DAD) technology (with 1.7 µm column particles instead of 5 µm), we can develop methods more rapidly.
Technical characteristics:
The use of UPLC enables the simultaneous operation of 2 solvent systems, 2 pHs and 4 columns.
The analysis time is divided 6-fold.
Use of this technique is becoming essential for screening methods and the transition to HPLC is not a problem.
