{"id":31175,"date":"2026-01-27T12:01:46","date_gmt":"2026-01-27T11:01:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.unither-pharma.com\/construction-dune-nouvelle-unite-industrielle-a-gannat\/"},"modified":"2026-03-30T17:56:39","modified_gmt":"2026-03-30T15:56:39","slug":"construction-dune-nouvelle-unite-industrielle-a-gannat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.unither-pharma.com\/fr\/construction-dune-nouvelle-unite-industrielle-a-gannat\/","title":{"rendered":"Construction d\u2019une nouvelle unit\u00e9 industrielle \u00e0 Gannat"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>COMMUNIQU\u00c9 DE PRESSE<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Unither Pharmaceuticals lance la construction d\u2019une nouvelle unit\u00e9 industrielle \u00e0 Gannat<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gannat (Allier), le 22 janvier 2026 \u2013 <\/strong>Le groupe pharmaceutique Unither Pharmaceuticals engage la construction d\u2019une nouvelle unit\u00e9 industrielle sur son site de Gannat (Allier).<\/p>\n<p>Ce projet repr\u00e9sente un investissement global de plus de 140 M\u20ac et permettra la cr\u00e9ation de 133 emplois directs d\u2019ici 2028, et pr\u00e8s de 250 \u00e0 horizon 2030.<\/p>\n<p>Il vise \u00e0 renforcer les capacit\u00e9s fran\u00e7aises de production de dispositifs m\u00e9dicaux st\u00e9riles, dans une logique de relocalisation industrielle, de souverainet\u00e9 sanitaire et de dynamisation \u00e9conomique du territoire.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Une unit\u00e9 d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 des technologies st\u00e9riles innovantes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La future unit\u00e9 sera consacr\u00e9e \u00e0 la fabrication de :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>multidoses st\u00e9riles sans conservateur (MDSC), une activit\u00e9 nouvelle pour le site,<\/li>\n<li>unidoses st\u00e9riles en technologie Blow-Fill-Seal (BFS).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le projet permettra :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>une augmentation de 40 % des capacit\u00e9s de production d\u2019unidoses,<\/li>\n<li>une capacit\u00e9 de 30 millions d\u2019unit\u00e9s multidoses par an,<\/li>\n<li>une diversification de l\u2019offre, notamment pour des produits ophtalmiques essentiels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00ab Cet investissement s\u2019inscrit dans notre vision industrielle : d\u00e9velopper des solutions st\u00e9riles s\u00fbres, simples d\u2019utilisation et accessibles, afin de faciliter la vie des patients. \u00bb d\u00e9clare \u00c9ric Goupil, Pr\u00e9sident-directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral d\u2019Unither Pharmaceuticals.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Un projet structurant pour l\u2019\u00e9conomie locale<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Implant\u00e9e \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 du site existant, la nouvelle unit\u00e9 s\u2019inscrit dans un projet industriel de long terme pour le territoire bourbonnais.<\/p>\n<p>Unither s\u2019appuie sur un \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me local associant :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>la Communaut\u00e9 de communes Saint-Pour\u00e7ain Sioule Limagne,<\/li>\n<li>le D\u00e9partement de l\u2019Allier,<\/li>\n<li>des organismes de formation locaux (IMT, APAVE, lyc\u00e9es professionnels), afin d\u2019accompagner la mont\u00e9e en comp\u00e9tences et l\u2019emploi industriel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Un projet soutenu par la R\u00e9gion Auvergne-Rh\u00f4ne-Alpes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le projet b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d\u2019une subvention de 1,5 M\u20ac accord\u00e9e par la R\u00e9gion Auvergne-Rh\u00f4ne-Alpes, dans le cadre du dispositif Pack Relocalisation \u2013 Soutenir l\u2019investissement industriel, vot\u00e9e le 17 octobre 2025.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Un partenariat industriel pour la r\u00e9alisation du b\u00e2timent<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La conception et la r\u00e9alisation du b\u00e2timent ont \u00e9t\u00e9 confi\u00e9es \u00e0 GSE, contractant g\u00e9n\u00e9ral sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans les projets industriels complexes.<\/p>\n<p>Le futur b\u00e2timent, d\u2019une surface d\u2019environ 20 000 m\u00b2, int\u00e9grera des salles blanches ISO 5, 6 et 7, des laboratoires, des zones de stockage et des bureaux.
