Il succ\u00e8de \u00e0 Eric Goupil, qui a dirig\u00e9 le Groupe pendant plus de 25 ans et continuera de l\u2019accompagner en tant que Pr\u00e9sident du Conseil.<\/p>\n<p>Cette nomination s\u2019inscrit dans le cadre d\u2019un processus de succession pr\u00e9par\u00e9 de longue date et marque une nouvelle \u00e9tape du d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019Unither. Le Groupe poursuivra sa strat\u00e9gie de long terme, centr\u00e9e sur l\u2019innovation, la qualit\u00e9 et l\u2019accompagnement industriel de ses clients, en particulier dans les technologies Blow-Fill-Seal (BFS) et stick-packs liquides.<\/p>\n<p>Fort de plus de 25 ans d\u2019exp\u00e9rience dans les secteurs de la chimie de sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 et de l\u2019industrie pharmaceutique, Henrik Kr\u00fcpper a exerc\u00e9 plusieurs fonctions de direction au sein de groupes internationaux tels que Siegfried et HCS Group. Son parcours lui a permis de d\u00e9velopper une expertise reconnue en diversification strat\u00e9gique, en fusions-acquisitions et en excellence op\u00e9rationnelle, autant d\u2019atouts pour accompagner la prochaine phase de croissance d\u2019Unither.<\/p>\n<p>Sous l\u2019impulsion d\u2019Eric Goupil, Unither a connu une croissance soutenue et renforc\u00e9 son empreinte industrielle en France, aux \u00c9tats-Unis, au Br\u00e9sil et en Chine, au service de clients internationaux. Il parle couramment l\u2019allemand, l\u2019anglais et le fran\u00e7ais. Avant de rejoindre Unither Pharmaceuticals, il occupait depuis 2023 le poste de Directeur des op\u00e9rations de la division \u00ab Drug Substances \u00bb du groupe Siegfried.
