Environment
This is currently of a particular focus at Unither, as we are aware that our environmental actions are key for many of our stakeholders: customers, patients, partner and of course, us.
Climate action: scope 1 and 2 of carbon emissions have been calculated for Unither sites worldwide. We are evaluating the full inventory scope to define our reduction target for next years.
Many actions have been defined to reach the target. For example, the recycling of Low-density-Polyethylene in the Blow-Fill-Seal process, learn more about it in our latest study.
Social
Employee shareholding is being implemented within the Group to more closely involve our employees in the Group’s success, and to reinforce our value-sharing model.
Our commitment towards the patients
We are developing Euroject®, an innovative affordable injection device (also for Low Income Countries). We are building the manufacturing capacity for injection devices in case of new pandemics.
Certifications
Our French sites obtained the Ecovadis certification which evaluates companies’ environmental, social, and ethical performance. Our sites have Bronze certification and are working towards Silver for 2024.
