Unither is not a run-of-the-mill company: we manufacture healthcare products. The noble purpose of caring for human beings comes with a weighty responsibility: all products leaving our factories must be strictly compliant with specifications, and we must produce them as if they were intended for administration to our loved ones. Beyond this primary responsibility, we must ensure that our organization respects the fundamental principles laid down in the regulations of the countries in which we operate, and acts in full coherence with our convictions and values. The principles presented in this Code must guide the daily conduct of the Group’s employees worldwide, both in-house and with external partners. It is with this in mind that I encourage you to familiarize yourselves with the document and request that you comply with it at all times. I hope that, like a highway code, everyone will take on board the rules it contains so that it becomes natural for us to apply them in our daily actions. We must all always demonstrate the utmost integrity and impeccable ethics.
