If your profile matches the job requirements, they will contact you directly to arrange an initial chat.

Step 3: Interviews

Let’s meet and get to know each other!

We can arrange an initial meeting in person or via video call, which will be carried out with the department manager.

Subsequently, further discussions may be scheduled with a member of the HR department and other company members.

Step 4: The Offer

Congratulations, you got the job!

The HR department will send you a formal job offer based on the terms agreed upon during previous discussions.

Welcome to Unither!

Your onboarding process is underway. We’re getting everything ready for your arrival to ensure you start your Unither journey in the best possible conditions.

Your future colleagues and the HR department have set up an all-inclusive onboarding process, featuring: a welcome day, site visits, specific training, meetings with various departments, presentation of HR processes, etc.

Maylis – Industrial Development Project Manager

The Industrial Development Project Manager turns innovative ideas into practical industrial solutions. Acting as a key link between clients, development teams, and manufacturing operations, they lead industrialization projects, coordinate critical milestones, and help bring new products to market while ensuring the highest quality standards.

Marco – Manufacturing Technician

The Manufacturing Technician plays a key role in the pharmaceutical production process. Leveraging strong technical expertise, they prepare pharmaceutical solutions, operate and monitor production equipment, and ensure product quality while maintaining strict safety standards and operational excellence.

Ndeye – Operational Product Quality Assurance Technician

They ensure smooth manufacturing operations, perform quality checks, and respond to technical issues to guarantee that pharmaceutical products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and operational performance.

David – Capital Projects Technician

The Capital Projects Technician helps shape the factory of tomorrow by supporting investment, innovation, and industrial equipment improvement projects.
