Conventional pharmacological treatments may present limitations for prolonged use, particularly in children and sensitive populations.

In this context, mechanically acting medical devices provide a complementary approach allowing early and repeated use.

A carrageenan-based formulation enables:

  • formation of a protective film on the nasal mucosa
  • reduction of interaction between viruses/allergens and the epithelium
  • use from the first symptoms
  • preventive use or supportive therapy
